COSH 2026 Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions

By joining the COSH 2026 Lucky Draw, the participant agrees to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

  • The Safetyware COSH 2026 Lucky Draw is open to eligible visitors attending COSH 2026 and visiting Safetyware Booth 43–48 at MITEC Kuala Lumpur on 14–15 September 2026.
  • To participate, visitors must complete and submit the COSH 2026 Inquiry & Lucky Draw Form with complete and accurate information.
  • Each participant is entitled to one (1) entry only. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
  • Employees of Safetyware Group and its participating subsidiaries who are involved in organising or administering the Lucky Draw are not eligible to participate.

2. Registration Information

  • Participants must provide complete, accurate and valid information, including their name, company name, mobile number, email address and other required information stated in the registration form.
  • Entries containing incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, false or unverifiable information may be disqualified.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted is correct.
  • Safetyware Group reserves the right to verify any information submitted before confirming a winner or releasing a prize.


3. Lucky Draw Entry

  • Submission of the registration form constitutes one Lucky Draw entry but does not guarantee that the participant will win a prize.
  • Lucky Draw registration is available during the COSH 2026 exhibition period on 14–15 September 2026.
  • Entries close at 4:00 PM on 15 September 2026. Entries submitted after the closing time will not be accepted.
  • Safetyware Group reserves the right to reject or disqualify duplicate, incomplete, suspicious, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries.

4. Lucky Draw & Winner Announcement

  • The Lucky Draw will be conducted at approximately 4:30 PM on 15 September 2026 at Safetyware Booth 43–48.
  • Winners will be selected through the Lucky Draw mechanism determined by Safetyware Group.
  • Selected winners must be physically present at Safetyware Booth 43–48 when their name is called.
  • If a selected winner is not present when called, Safetyware Group reserves the right to forfeit that selection and draw another winner.
  • Winners must present valid proof of identity matching the information submitted during registration before receiving the prize.
  • If the winner is unable to provide satisfactory verification, Safetyware Group reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select another winner.

5. Prize Terms

  • All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Prizes must be accepted as awarded.
  • Safetyware Group reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to replace a prize with another prize of equivalent or similar value if the original prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control.
  • Safetyware Group will not be responsible for any loss, damage, misuse or other issue arising after a prize has been successfully handed over to the winner.
  • Any product warranty, where applicable, will be subject to the warranty terms provided by the respective manufacturer or supplier.

6. Personal Data and Consent

  • By submitting the Lucky Draw form, participants acknowledge that the information provided may be collected, processed, stored and used by Safetyware Group and its participating subsidiaries, including Safetyware EHS Consultancy and Keyway Digital Lab, for purposes related to:

    • Lucky Draw administration;
    • entry verification;
    • winner verification and prize collection;
    • handling enquiries submitted during COSH 2026;
    • following up on products or services in which the participant has expressed an interest; and
    • other purposes stated in the applicable privacy notice or consent provided by the participant.
  • Safetyware Group may contact participants through the contact details provided, including phone call, WhatsApp or email, where necessary for enquiry follow-up or Lucky Draw administration.
  • Marketing or promotional communications will be sent where the participant has provided the relevant consent, where required.
  • Participants may request to stop receiving future marketing communications through the applicable unsubscribe or opt-out process.

7. Photography, Video & Publicity

  • Safetyware Group may take photographs or videos during the Lucky Draw and prize presentation for event documentation and publicity purposes.
  • Winners may be invited to participate in photographs or videos during prize collection.
  • Subject to applicable consent requirements, Safetyware Group may use the winner’s name, company name, photograph and/or video for COSH 2026 event reporting, Safetyware social media, website, internal communication or other promotional materials.
  • No additional payment or compensation will be provided for such use.

8. Organiser’s Rights

  • Safetyware Group reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or who is suspected of fraud, manipulation, misuse or providing false information.
  • Safetyware Group reserves the right to amend, suspend, postpone or cancel the Lucky Draw where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
  • Where any changes materially affect the Lucky Draw, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate such changes to participants.
  • Safetyware Group’s decision on all matters relating to the Lucky Draw shall be final.

Important Notice

WINNERS MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.

Participants must be physically present at Safetyware Booth 43–48 at approximately 4:30 PM on 15 September 2026 when the winner announcement takes place. If a selected winner is not present when called, another winner may be drawn.
