Organizations with more than 300 employees (within Malaysia) are entitled to the FREE OF CHARGE Safety-Aware Program.
The free program includes a selection of pre-set Expert Talks and Mini Games. Any requests for content customization, bespoke safety game designs, or specific topic tailoring will be charged accordingly, regardless of the company's employee count.
Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Event dates are only secured upon written confirmation of the arrangement.
Safetyware reserves the right to take photographs and videos during the event for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.
Safetyware reserves the right to cancel or postpone the program should the venue or environment be deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the scheduled activities.
Safetyware reserves the right to charge a nominal administrative fee if a confirmed event is cancelled by the client with less than 14 days' notice.
No added chages for locations within a 50km radius of the nearest Safetyware office. For locations in outskirt areas exceeding this radius, a mileage charge of RM1.50/km will apply excluding tolls.
